The christmas tree step by step
First Step– the basic outlines of the Christmas Tree
To start off your Christmas tree drawing, we will begin with the body of the tree. We won't be adding in any decorations or details quite yet at this point.
So, before you do anything else, draw a nice big triangle make it as big and wide as you like. But remember to leave some space at the top and bottom of the page.
You'll need this space to draw something at the top. The space at the bottom is reserved for the trunk or tree stand.
The next step- draw out the shape of the Christmas tree using the triangle as your guide.
Start at the very top and working your way down the side, draw spikes just like I've done in the illustration above. When one side's complete, go back up to the top of the tree and do the same thing to the other.
Finishing it by drawing the bottom with a curved, jagged line connecting two bottoms of both sides of the tree.It should curve downwards a bit as you can see in the example below.
Not necessary to draw everything perfect and equal because in reality the tree it is not!
Once you finish the bottom then you can add in two lines with curves at the end for the trunk of your Christmas Tree as shown below.
Starting at the top corners of the tree and working downwards, draw inverted arches (branch guide).
Increase them on every row as much as you like. you can see in our example above we have started with 2 then3 and two rows with 4 branch in the middle then we end it with 5 branch.
Next step: erase the triangle before you continue, we don't need it anymore.
Well, now you're all finished the basic outlines of your Christmas tree. So, did we finish? Of course Not! We don't have started yet..
